We’ll make handmade pappardelle from scratch and a simple sauce of hand-crushed San Marzano tomatoes, fresh basil, garlic and extra virgin olive oil.
No fancy setup required. Grab your ingredients, pour a glass of wine if you'd like, and cook with us from wherever you are.
Once you have paid and registered, you will receive the complete ingredient and shopping list, followed by your secure video link to join the live class.
