Heidi Clephas

We are pleased to announce that Heidi Clephas has joined The SOW Project as Executive Assistant. Heidi brings a steady blend of organizational excellence, discretion, and genuine care for people, the kind of presence that strengthens a team from the inside out.

After relocating to Memphis in June 2025, Heidi quickly connected with the city’s culture and its spirit of giving back. She values purpose driven work and has a clear commitment to community impact, which aligns closely with The SOW Project’s mission to create pathways to education, employment, and long term stability. In her role, Heidi supports the leadership team through calendar and communications management, internal coordination, and day to day operations, helping ensure that the systems behind our work run with consistency and intention.

Heidi is thoughtful, dependable, and deeply service minded. She pays attention to details, anticipates needs, and brings calm structure to fast moving environments, all while keeping the human side of the work at the center. Her ability to build rhythm, protect priorities, and support strong execution helps our team stay focused on what matters most, our students and the outcomes we deliver.

Outside of the office, Heidi is an avid reader and documentary enthusiast who enjoys time at home with her cat, Phoebe. We are grateful to welcome her to the SOW Project family and excited for the strength and stability she brings to our mission.
